What we collect
Only when you send a booking request:
- name, email, phone, country and preferred language;
- dates, apartment, number of guests, chosen experiences;
- your message, if you write one.
Why
To handle your request, reply, confirm the booking and send you payment details. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
How long we keep it
Declined or expired requests are deleted automatically after 12 months. Confirmed bookings are kept for as long as accounting and tax rules require.
Service providers
- Cloudflare (hosting, database, Turnstile spam protection);
- Resend (booking emails).
Cookies
This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Your language choice stays in your browser (local storage) and is never sent to us.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing, under the GDPR (European travellers) and Moroccan law 09-08 (CNDP).
