Booking terms
How a direct booking with Wind House works.
1. The request
The form on this site sends a request, not a firm booking. The price shown is an estimate.
2. Prices and length of stay
Sea-view apartment: €200 per night. Village-view apartment: €150 per night. Wind House package: €650 per person for 6 nights / 7 days, minimum 4 people. Tourist tax is included in the prices.
Minimum stay: 2 nights. For sea view, the apartment (A, B or C) is assigned by Wind House according to availability.
3. Confirmation
Wind House replies by email within 24 hours: a confirmation with the final amount and the bank details, or a decline with other dates where possible.
4. Deposit and payment
A deposit of 50% of the total is paid by bank transfer within 24 hours of the confirmation email: this payment confirms your stay. Without a transfer within that time, Wind House may release the dates.
The deposit is non-refundable. The balance (50%) is paid on arrival.
5. Cancellation
Once confirmed, a booking cannot be cancelled.
The deposit is non-refundable and no credit notes are given.
6. Check-in and check-out
Check-in from 2 pm. Check-out before noon.
7. House rules
Four guests maximum per apartment. Children under 7 stay free; from 7, they count as adults. A baby cot is available on request; no extra beds.
The apartments are non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not allowed. Please keep noise down between 11 pm and 8 am.
The pool is shared between the apartments and open from 9 am to 9 pm. Children must be supervised by their parents.
8. Tourist tax
The tourist tax is included in the booking price.
9. Governing law
Bookings and these terms are governed by the laws in force in Morocco.
